You can request deletion of your Moodflix account and personal data at any time — either from inside the app or using the form below (no login required).

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open Moodflix → Profile → Delete Account → confirm.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, email, password) and login credentials.
Your watch history, progress, likes and watchlist.

What we may retain

For legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes we may retain your append-only coin/ad-reward ledger records for the period required by law. These are de-identified from your profile where possible and are disclosed to you at the time of deletion.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete the whole account to remove data:

Watch history — Moodflix → Profile → Watch History, where you can remove a single title or clear the whole history.
Analytics and personalised advertising — Moodflix → Settings → Privacy & Data Safety. Consent can be withdrawn as easily as it was given; ads continue as non-personalised.

What this removes: the viewing records you clear, and the analytics and advertising signals tied to a consent you withdraw. What stays: your account itself — profile, coin balance, watchlist and unlocked episodes are untouched, and the append-only coin/ad-reward ledger is retained as described above. Removals take effect immediately; nothing here has a waiting period.

Timeline

After we verify the request, deletion is completed within the period required under DPDP. Questions: Contact form — filed as a ticket, acknowledged within 24 hours .
